Within 48 hours of submitting the form we will get in touch with you. After our initial response, we would like to get to know you even more over the phone. After all there is only so much you can write down. We will discuss set up and break down window, venue accommodations and final pricing.
It’s Official
After all details have been discussed and you are happy with the menu choice and accommodations, it time to finalize and okay the agreement.
1 week out
We will reach out to you one week out to confirm that everything is still going according to plan. At this point we will request your venue contact information to finalize all set up details.

We will come to your event and set up during the discussed window and let you and your guests enjoy the experience.
